The registration forms are available below for your convenience and are downloadable in Adobe Acrobat (PDF) format.

For regular school year: You need three forms. Registration, Policies and Waiver to register and an $85 tuition deposit.

For special session based programs and summer programs: You need only one form and payment (varies depending on program).

NOTE: Summer classes and Intensives, Dance with ME! and Adult Ballet classes are session based programs payable in full at the start of each session.
